Daily Handyman Rate
Rate covers one technician for a full workday, including tools and common supplies.
Technician inspects the project area and notes structural and cosmetic issues.
Technician gives a prioritized plan with recommended repairs, maintenance tasks, and time estimates.
Plan addresses safety first, then structural needs, then cosmetic and preventative work.
Special materials, major parts, permits, or subcontracted work are billed separately and quoted before starting.
Travel within the standard service area and basic cleanup are included; extra travel or setup may add charges.
If work goes past one day, the daily rate applies for each additional day unless a project estimate or flat price is agreed beforehand.
